Ever since the ban on driving 10-year-old vehicles in Delhi, most people are buying EV cars across India. Most companies are also launching EV and facelift versions of their cars. Two new EV cars are expected to be launched by the end of this month, which will be MPV cars, and they will be launched by MG and Kia. A lot of people are waiting for the launch of these cars as they are offering good features and great range at an affordable price.

1. Kia Carens Clavis EV

The Kia Carens Clavis EV is expected to get a single electric motor with 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh battery pack options. It will be a seven-seater MPV car in which seats will be given in three rows. It will give a range of 390km with a 42kWh battery pack, apart from this, it can give a range of up to 473km with 51.4kWh. It has the option of DC fast charging, with which it can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 58 minutes.

The design of this car is very cute; it will get L-shaped DRLs, projector headlights, and connected LED taillights. Apart from this, no change is expected in its interior. For comfort, it has many features like panoramic sunroof, 4-way electrically adjustable driver seat, ventilated front seats and Bose’s 8-speaker sound system.

There will also be many safety features like 6 airbags, ESC, hill-start assist, disc brakes on all four wheels, a 360-degree camera, and a tire pressure monitoring system. According to some reports, it is estimated that its ex-showroom price can start from Rs 26.95 lakh, and the price of its top model can go up to Rs 31.85 lakh.

2. MG M9

MG can launch the all-electric MPV by the end of this month, whose ex-showroom price can be between Rs 60 and 70 lakh. It has a 90 kWh battery, with which it can give a range of up to 430 km according to WLTP. It is a seven-seater car whose length is 5,200 mm and width is 2,000 mm; apart from this, its height is 1,800 mm.

It has a large boot space of 945 liters for keeping luggage. This is a premium luxury car, which also has ventilated seats, touchscreen infotainment, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital drive display, power adjustment seats, and armrests and headrests for comfort.

It is also expected to have features like a Level 2 ADAS suite, a dual-tone black and tan cabin theme, powered ottoman seats with reclining function, 8 massage modes in second-row seats, and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof.
