Indian electric mobility startup Matter has introduced an electric bike that comes with a 4-speed manual gearbox. The company has priced this bike at around Rs 1.93 lakh. This bike will reduce the increasing pollution in the country, and customers will also be able to get the electric bike of their choice. This bike has three riding modes.

Apart from this, this bike comes with a 5 kWh battery pack, and its range is about 172 kilometers. Due to the long range of this bike, it can also be taken on long journeys. With a top speed of 105 km/h, this bike can catch the speed of 0 to 40 kilometers per hour in 2.8 seconds.

If it is charged with a normal charger, then it takes 5 hours to charge from 0-80%, whereas with a DC fast charger, this bike can be charged in just 1.5 hours. The power of the motor installed in it is about 11.5 kilowatts.

Matter Area Range

As I told you, the range of this bike has been certified as 172 km by IDC, but in reality, this bike gives a range of around 125 km only. This bike is very good for those people who want to buy a bike that can cover more distance at a low cost.

According to some reports, it has been found that this bike will cost only 25 paise per kilometer, which is much less than a petrol bike. This is India’s first geared electric, which has been launched at almost the right price, and it also has a lot of features, which we will discuss further.

Matter Area Features

This bike has many features, like integrated navigation; apart from this, you will also get a 7-inch smart touchscreen and dual disc brakes with ABS. Apart from all these features, it also has many features like the Matterverse app for connectivity features, through which you can get a lot of information.

This bike can also be started without a key, for which there is a smart key. If we talk about safety, as I have told you, it has disc brakes with ABS. If you are thinking of buying this bike, then this post must have proved to be very helpful for you.

This is a comfortable and great feature bike, although its range needs more improvement, for which the company is constantly making amendments. If you want to know more about this bike, then comment to us.
